has anyone changed out their throttle body shaft seals? i got a set sitting in my car and im not looking forward to doing them

i just finished installing them. it took about 2 hours from start to finish with mine. the hardest seal to get out was the one on the backside of the tb. getting them in is a little bit harder to do since you dont want to bend them putting them in but overall not too difficult i used a screw driver to push them in on the handle so i got even pressure all the way around

 

yeah not hard, just need to take your time.
