Did quite a bit to it this past weekend, one of those mods being the AMS downpipe. That alone made a big difference, but something tells me after you get your hands on it next weekend itll be running like a scalded dog.

Did Elijah tell you while i'm there I'm also gonna need my rear fenders rolled?

anyone been to Keffer recently for warranty work? I think my transfer case is on its way out and would rather not have to de-mod in order for them to replace it. I guess my quesiton is...has anyones mods kept them from warranty issues lately?

i was at keffer a couple of months ago for my car not going into reverse...all i have to say is good luck with them finding the right problem. most likely they will say it is a wear and tear item or you beat on the car and thats the reason it broke, so they will try not to warranty it.

or atleast thats what they tried to tell me, and they also tried saying a part was broken (shifter housing) when in fact it wasnt.

wish there was another dealer around here

That's the thing, keffer is the only dealer I've ever heard of being anywhere near mod friendly. I'm driving up from sc just for the chance they'll replace it under warranty.

I've heard mostly bad about all local dealers when it comes to warranty work. I guess it depends on the service advisor, because most of the time they'll find any excuse not to cover it. Regardless, good luck with the transfer case.

Thanks man, turns out Heather @ Keffer is taking care of me. I cant say enough good things about her, it feels as if she wants to make the customer happy rather than sticking to the corporate rules.

Long story short, transfer case will be in tomorrow morning from Cali, the car should be ready tomorrow afternoon.

BTW, I'm rolling up to Kasey's Saturday morning. Appointment is @11am but i'd like to get there alittle earlier so he can install my HFC. If you'd like to caravan up there let me know.
