I have also used Discount Tire in the past with good results...these guys always use torque wrenches to tighten lugs and can properly mount low profile tires on wide rims. They may charge you a bit more if you don't buy their tires, but in the end it's worth it.

 

The Raleigh C&C has a new location next month, June 1st. Seems like we are getting the Jacksonville and Raleigh guys together.

I'm just gauging interest at this point, nothing is iron clad yet.

 

Being that it's a 3 hour ride from Charlotte, we should make a day trip of it.

 

Unfortunately I can't make it, doing wedding related stuff afternoon/evening on June 1st.

 

Still up in the air, I just wanted to gauge interest in a mass NC meet. Location/place may change. I more curious on who would be up for the drive.

Is there a particular weekend in the next month that works best for you?

Now that the summer has officially started, a BBQ at Ian's house would be ideal. Let's see if we can decide on a date.

 

I've got my hill climb the weekend of the 22nd, other than that I'm open to whenever.

 

I'm busy that weekend too, going back to Florida for my HS reunion.

I was thinking either Saturday, June 15 or Saturday June 29 to have a BBQ at your house.

Anyone have a preference?

 

This Saturday June 1st there will be a Cars and Coffee at the usual location: NC Music Factory located uptown.

I have stuff to do that afternoon/evening but I'm free that morning if anyone is interested in going.
