Depending on how long my tire balancing takes, changing spark plugs, O2 sensor, doing the throttle body seals and other stuff we could possibly still be there. I definitely need to clean the car. The neighbors have what seems to be a lotus tree that likes to pollinate the car everyday.

so after 29k and 13months of waiting for my evo to come home, drive only within 2weeks. I found this that caused the destruction of my motor

a few things I like to say was: 1. Improper machining 2. piston to wall clearance was off 3. Tuning sucked

Sucks to hear. Those are very odd looking pistons they look like they are lacking skirt.

We have our Aluminum Rod Race engines in stock for Evo X and ready to go in 9.0:1 compression ratio and 2.0L form. Rated to 9500rpms conservatively. Rated to 800-1000hp.

Let us know if we can help.

I think I found that problem about the TPS. Yes it's not reading full 100% throttle but why the code is being thrown is the BOV.

But about that oil thing. Yeah driving back after pulling over I figured that the mounts and the downpipe touching the lower brace doesnt help the vibrations that kill the sending units. So I am ordering a relocation kit immediately upon waking up Monday. I am sure it will fix the problem.

Well, that is refreshing news... You should try replacing the line from the BOV straight to the manifold and see if that changes things, if that doesn't work and you need a good recirc BOV I know where you can get one that is lightly used, Synapse synchronic with the Tial flange so it is plug and play, or you could just get the QR.

I called the sending unit being shot when we pulled over...

Correct. With the clearances all off and what appears to be a lack of piston skirt, I would abandon that altogether. The further you stray from a 2.0L, the faster it will fall apart.

Well oil pressure is reading fine now. That's the funny thing. Also, now a starter relay is killing me. When I got back home Saturday I pulled the car in the garage and troubleshot the TPS code. Well I guess the whole 20-30 minutes drained the battery enough. Well the battery is reading normal and when I hook up cables and get a jump voltage goes to 13.9 and it pops alive. Now that I went to get the alternator, battery and starter checked at Advanced the starter is reading low. Funny thing is I was trying to figure out what this noise was in the engine bay that night and it clicked, litterally, about the solenoid. And after one of the guys there confered I am going to the 03 before I go to work and take those off for that just incase thing.
