Yeah, Freddie and myself both made the switch today. So stoked i can finally run E85. Tuning it as we speak. The conversion was super easy. Freddie and myself brought back 10 gals a peice, plus full tanks. The 30 mile drive is well worth it, trust me. For those of you running meth(ron), ditch that **** and run the corn juice. As long as you have the support mods for it.

Hmmm thats a HELLAVA drive for the stuff though... I need it to be more readily available before switching out my fawking injectors to over 2000CC to handle the flowage... that and I gotta pay off my bookie here once the car's paid off and then I can go mod happy again
What's the address?
Just got back from West Dallas Texas yesterday and filled a certain car up (not mine) with e85 but thats exit 333 off i10 and just seems to be to far of a drive for me to use it except on maybe weekends.

Ahhhh. When ur trans is on da ground and clutch missing. U know it is u!!! And why it was done... Lol
Looks like about 25/25 @ same boost, but i'm not done yet. Waiting to burn through the first tank of E85, because there was a gal or so of 93 octane left in the tank when i filled it up with E85. This puts my Ethanol content at about 75-79% or so. Once i get through this tank and fill up again, i will turn up the ignition timing and find MBT.
The most staggering thing about E85 is it's smoothness. The engine feels very smooth and responsive, even though i'm not anywhere close to MBT. Believe it or not, this is the first time i've ever tuned E85, so i've had to re-learn a few things. All those years of tuning pump, c16, q16, VP import, 100oct....etc, had to be kinda thrown out the window for E85. It's a cool fuel. I'm excited to be running it exclusively. When tuned correctly, it's a very safe fuel. Not as safe as a leaded race fuel, but close in some regards.
The fuel is a lot like leaded exotic race fuels in some ways, but totally different in others.
I just can't wait to see my injectors after the first tank of E. 65k of pump and leaded fuels through the fuel system(minus my new injectors) had to accumulate some gunk and trash in it. With Ethanol being such a good cleaner, all of it will end up in my injector tips, so they'll most likely need to be cleaned soon.

Seriously guys, if you have any questions about E85, let me or Freddie know. We can get you going pretty easy with a properly prepared set-up.
Well looking at the Downtown Exxon it looks like it is off exit 335 and a little ways into town. If that is the case, there is more than one e85 fill station in that area. We stopped off exit 333 (labeled as Glen St Marys) and one was literally right off the interstate. If thats the case there is at least 2 confirmed stations somewhat close to Jacksonville now.
Let's hope they keep inching closer... especially if a lot of demand is seen.
