It's not a stock timing belt so it's been done before. It's just with the way the rest of the car had been "taken" care of that I am wondering if I need to do it. Another fantastical thing came up. Passenger front cv boot it toast and I need an axle. DSS sells the pair for $799 so I called Shane at Slowboy and he should be calling me back with a price since I know DSS has a set ready according to Simon at AMS. Fun, fun, fun.

Yeah. They should be here tomorrow. I actually ordered the one from RussellM and it was $600 for just the one and then Chris told me about the DSS and I thought they were more expensive. Looked it up after my appointment, cancelled the order and called Slowboy. The front pair for $800 is fine with me and supposedly 900hp isnt bad. On the side note the coilovers are here and I am ready to put them in immediately. Chris 'cough'

For the axles too. Would it be easier on base or your place? I wanna get the axles in before anything. And I really dont know when I'll be getting off so possibly Saturday. I still need to pick up some t-case fluid and I might change them all to see if anything is scetchy.

I guess Cory or Cody at Goodyear on San Jose does a great job.
Scott I really didnt want to mess with having somebody around here rebuild them and have them not be right since this is the DD(DSM cv was a week of rebuilds, returning and in and out bull**** through Goodyear because I didnt want downtime). I will definitely keep these though and have them rebuilt to resell.
Chris I will probably just get everything today and be on base tomorrow morning when they open for the axles. Might try to put the rears in today if your up to it.
Spotted a WW 8 on base near the BEQ. Black vortexg and exhaust.
