Availability... I was going down to Big Valley for the dyno day yesterday and wanted the retune on meth. Jestr was there and this was something I wanted to get done since I lived in MD.

Ok here it goes. I am starting the list of people for this convoy going down there. We will probably meet up with some other groups on the way and I want to get some DSM's if possible. Here is the official date and plans. So let's do this.
I spooked to a photographers that works with tunerzine, he is going to be present to cover the event , also my friends Ben Howard and J-dot will be present scouting cars and taking pictures.,
The manager of the 1/8 ml Track @ CFRC Jose is offering the parking to gather and if We want they will open the track at 3 pm for a private used, I have to let him know by the end of the week 10/09/09 there is a $10 charge per person to wach or hang out and $5 dollars more to run,
The meet is going to star at 10am till 12pm across from Proccolino's Pizzeria 4080 s Goldenrod rd Orlando 32822 ,then we are rolling out for a drive to a few spots so they can photo shoot the convoy of car's, then have lunch at the Ale house by florida mall ,after lunch we are going to go to the CFRC at around 3pm to display everyone car... and do the parade at the track

More added. The list is over 90 now over there. Also I am going to get name tags because I know that I am horrible at remembering names.

What time are you guys leaving from jax to go to ORL for the big meet on the 7th??? I want to try to meet up to cruise down with ya. I'll be driving to jax from destin =/ hopefully I can make it before you roll out.

We will leave no later than 7:30AM at the Mattress Firm on Phillips Highway. If you dont have everything when you get there you better speed to catch us. You need gas, oil, car wash, air for tires, food, etc. etc. you better have it. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to get there and if we are moving by then we will get good parking. That means do not party the night before. Have gas. Have coffee, energy drink or crack to be awake. I will post my number and Tigeron's later for contacts. That is all.

We will take the 417(toll road) off I-4 down to Procco's. So please have some money for the tolls min $5.00 i believe it is $2.00.. I have an Epass cause I use to go down there every month. I will look into hotels around the area of CRFC. I'm not planning on driving back Sat night.
If anyone has a hook-up with hotels rates speak-up...
We will have the list from this board with us Sat. morning to make sure everyone is there before we leave Jax. I would like to leave by 7:15

sounds like you guys will pass by daytona around 8:45-9:00? can just hop on I-4 as you guys are coming by.
