Jax FL Social Thread
Ok here it goes. I am starting the list of people for this convoy going down there. We will probably meet up with some other groups on the way and I want to get some DSM's if possible. Here is the official date and plans. So let's do this.
I spooked to a photographers that works with tunerzine, he is going to be present to cover the event , also my friends Ben Howard and J-dot will be present scouting cars and taking pictures.,
The manager of the 1/8 ml Track @ CFRC Jose is offering the parking to gather and if We want they will open the track at 3 pm for a private used, I have to let him know by the end of the week 10/09/09 there is a $10 charge per person to wach or hang out and $5 dollars more to run,
The meet is going to star at 10am till 12pm across from Proccolino's Pizzeria 4080 s Goldenrod rd Orlando 32822 ,then we are rolling out for a drive to a few spots so they can photo shoot the convoy of car's, then have lunch at the Ale house by florida mall ,after lunch we are going to go to the CFRC at around 3pm to display everyone car... and do the parade at the track

We need to relay some things that were brought up to me. Hotels. I know it ends at midnight and if you are going to stay you would need to say it now so you might be able to get a room together with somebody(no homo) or possibly get a deal with a hotel around that area. I have a place to stay in Kissimmee so yeah. Also, seating and drinks. I have a couple fold out chairs and am going to bring a cooler for beer,water and pop and I might possibly buy one of those fold out gazeebo things. Anybody have any ideas and or gear?
Gotcha... I was stationed in Jax from 1998-2006 just getting a feel for where most of the evo owners are. I see most of the shops have moved over to beach/southside area...

They said they aren't coming since I can't.... lol. Bryan and Dan are on the list... I am sure that Brett will roll down with Bryan since they are room mates. I still see Stevo riding in his GF's car down...lol

Exactly. If this thing is really gonna be 12+hours I think the chairs, beer, cooler and tent is a good idea. Steve I think they are having a 1/8th mile track open to just us so tell her to come. Or dont. We can go downtown, or Kissimmee and get so drunk that we cant feel feelings anymore.
