hahahahaha Actually i am trying to find someone who does ABS molding because We have come up with a nice solution to the void in the market for products like the orbital kit.

if u have a 3D model of the part then any of those guys can spit an abs prototype for ya. they are usualy not that expensive but thier limitation is usualy the size (12''x12''x12'')

do u have a sketch of it with some dimensions? if so, then it shouldn't be a problem.
but if it has contours/curvatures then I am affraid the best way to do it is to send it off to one of those cmm labs, where they scan the part and make a model out of it.

if u ended up needing those labs, I would recommend contacting the universities around here, since u have a company now, they could contract thier grad student for cheap ($10-$20/hr) to have those parts scanned.
