Raleigh/Durham/Triangle Area Meet
Brier Creek was good while it lasted. No matter the reason, in the end the location as with many locations is considered private property and we are at the will of the owners. Again, I think it was good of Brier Creek to allow for the event go on as long as they did. I guess the event will always be at the will of some property owner unless one of the car owners turns out to be the owner of a shopping center. Any you guys holding back on us?

I'll be recovering from having over 10 people (and a dog) in my house since last week Friday (aside from my 4 and 2 dogs) but I'll see what I can do.

Anyone know where I can get either NGK replacement plugs or Denso equivalent (ikh22) or one step colder (ikh24) locally? Sorry for the off-topic question.

Yeah all the local parts stores have plugs for the EVO VIII listed for IX. (I told them they were wrong and the dude caught an attitude with me, LOL).
Napa carries the OEM plugs. They had to get it from High Point. Picked them up this morning. Waiting until the car cools off and i will swap them before going home from work.
This might've been the source of some of my little driveability issues so we'll see.

i've had good luck with O'Reilly autoparts. Go in knowing your part number for plugs, and a minute later they come back, no attitude with what you want.
unlike a mitsubishi parts department, they are perfectly happy when you walk in with a memorized part number, rather than tell you they need a ****ing VIN
