Cool, wish you could have ridden in mine but in wont be ready for a few more days. I'm not trying to swing you either way, but just keep a few things in mind
1. your budget-- I went way over mine and then broke stuff
2. Goals for the car
3. Felix has more $ perfecting that monster than I like to think and he is on meth and has a ix- I think you are looking to stay on pump
4. Stock internals can only handle so much, stuff will break down the line

Felix may want to chime in on this, I'm not trying to cause issue- just want to make sure you have thought it out. I know I have regrets to mods I did- I wouldn't want anyone else to incure the expense and hassle of rush decisions like me.

lol, this won't be the only time.

If its not a done deal by the time my car is done, we will coordinate. That way, you are properly informed. 2 cars built and tuned by TTP and 2 different turbos-- its a starting point at least

My $.02

My opinion if it matters. I'm maked out on pump and full meth with alot of bolt ons and the Sparktek coil on plug kit.(which helps alot but didn't gain as most people do cause can't get anymore out of 93, even boost at 35..spiking to 40 on highway.
I LOVE the quick spool of the green full boost 35psi aroung 3900 and worried bout losing it going to a red.. I could have and still can do the swap but... afraid of breaking something expensive. Already had to buy a NEW Shep 5 spd and conversion for swap. Luckily I do all my work myself.
And having JESTR as the tuner (Friend for over 12yrs, helps too)
Like everyone is saying it a hard choose, gotta think of whole package, most of the guys live in the Tuner spot of Florida which helps alot.

well my mind was made up for the bbk because i really wanted the stock spool up i thought the red even with a little lag was going to **** me off
but after riding in felix car once it hit 3800-4000 its pins u to your seat all the way to red line
i have riden in a 6262 and i didnt like the lag (even though it was super fast)

i do not want to do meth at this time for sure but i figured the red would give me more room to grow in the future

All I can say is that I had the chance to drive my car around on 93oct and it made 433hp at a spiking 23lbs of boost. The car felt strong and the power went up as the rpm rise. It was a very fin turbo to drive in the street even at such low boost.

On the other hand. When we turned the boost up to 35+ with the meth on then the red really shined. The way it hits at low rpm and a high spike is no joke and its a blast to drive.

I Just like the fact that you can make a good amount of power on pump (some locally making over 460s) and still have room to go past 40lbs and make crazy power.

well i will be getting the red and I will be riding around on 93. Im not worried about anything since I wont run really high boost with meth. Im looking to be around 25psi maybe 26 to drive around. I rode with Felix while he was on pump and I could barely tell any difference from his red to my 9 turbo when it comes to LAG. Its a tad bit slower but the power it kicks in is CRAZY!!! I even had the chance to drive that machine!!! Not to mention he had a exhaust leak while this was going on. That helped me make my decision and I cant wait to get it, just waiting on someone to buy my Evo9 enkies before I order. I will order it with the new oil line and 80mm housing! Thanks for everything felix
