I am glad you got to like the FP Red.

Even though it has a turbine wheel twise the size of the stock 16G, it really has little lag.

The nice thing about it is that for about the same money, you can make 70~80more hp when you decide to up the boost.

I am looking forward to seeing what the new 80mm will do, my self.

I plan to do a review, good or bad news.

By then you may allready have the Red.

My car will be started on Monday and then soon after it will get tuned.

I don't think there will be any notable gains with the 80mm inlet. I believe the only difference will be the lack of surge at spoolup at lower rpms.

Congrats on the purchase. That is the way I'm going now, just need to drop the *****, sell my IX turbo, and go forward with the red. I'm running 100% meth now, so really looking forward to seeing where I'll end up.

Keep us posted on your progress, OP. BTW - can you PM how much you sold the IX for? I am assuming a fair market value is $400 - $500 give or take (30k miles on mine) but I'm not positive.
