I'll lend you a digital cam-corder so our video doesn't look like an autmobilia styled Blair Witch project. Just have to wait until *gasp* I have a car to race with. If anything, I'll ask Trevor to race for me
OK so where are we with this meet ? Has anyone tried talking to the owner at OSW so we can have the meet there ? I know some are against the 1/8 mile track and I would guess they would be moving on the 1/4 track right away . I talked to Andy a few days back we left off that he was gonna contact others and approach the owner at OSW . We need to get this pinned down soon as we can contact other shops and people with details .

----The schedules for Bithlo are not suitable until Oct 13th although we migh be able to work something for Sep 12 , i have a great relationship with the Owner of Bithlo and iam sheduled to meet with him monday on a tel-conf, this was the same way i set up last time's event, Tim @ Bithlo was super about letting us have the entire inside the gates place right next to the staging lanes.
However lets see how details will work this time.
I am not sure who Tim is but - Randy and Carl are the owners of the track... If there is a time frame that we are looking and we can get a general idea of how many people and cars that would be better than just calling and saying we are looking to house a meet at your tarck. With time comes the availability to get other stuff planned for the day, we can look for some sponsors to help pay for the rental day at the track for a huge show that can be one of many to follow.

Have you been able to look into the track meet ? Remember we're trying to get a set time for ONLY US to run , maybe an hour or so BEFORE the track opens . Post back on here and let us know what you've found out .

I have met with him last night, he is willing to work with us but first I think we should get all the shops the we all go to, to get involved. We need to come up with a date, how many cars (not an exact but a good number), we can get the track fo the whole day. If you want i can come to the shop one day and we can go over what what we need.
