HELP! Time sensative! Need transfer case oil from LOCAL store today!!

I am doing a clutch today and need transfer case oil however both Mitsu dealers in my area have to order it! I need to know what I can get from local stores like napa, autozone, or advance auto that will be sufficient equivalent replacement for the DiaQueen GL-5 SAE 90. thanks in advance!

I work at Napa and as far as I know we sell synthetic 90w oil that is GL-5, but idk if i'd be willing to risk anything on it. Even on my system here it says to use the Mitsubishi limited slip differential fluid. That's the problem with the aftermarket stuff is that it does not contain a limited slip additive. So you'd be taking your chances on this one, I'd just wait

I use my evo and with my job i drive about 150 miles throughout the day... I may just reuse the fluid thats was in there (we saved it) and then change it next week when i can get the oem stuff...

I think that could possibly be safer than risking using a fluid that your not sure about, at least you know that it has all the right stuff in that even if it is older

Best bet is to find a local evo owner and see if you can borrow some of his/her fluid and pay them for it, or pay them back when you get yours in from order...
