First, spend some time searching around. You will find every one of these answers on here hundreds of times. Second, why are you getting a bov? Is the one installed on the car now not functioning properly? Is it leaking? If it's the 9 metal bov, chances are with your current mod list you won't be needing a bov for a while. Spend the money on a walbro fuel pump instead.
--If i'm not mistaken, TTP (track & tarmac performance) is in orlando. They specialize in building the 4g63. Hit them up for all your local needs. http://ttp-engineering.com/catalog/e...f8cb1873681fc3
As for manual boost controller, I would suggest the Hallman Pro.

Get the car first and make sure everything checks out fine before you try to modify anything. Burying the car with mods when it's not running right to begin with can only make a problem harder to solve. Like Psquared said, ditch the BOV idea until you absolutely need it. I'd recommend 24psi for a nice average tune on the stock turbo but you can run boost closer to 30psi with a dialed-in agressive map. For a MBC, look into Hallman, they make a nice boost controller. I'd recommend looking at Import Image for getting your parts. They're in Florida too.
