Hey So. Florida members.
My Evo was stolen in front of my house this past Tuesday 1.25.2011

The case has not yet been assigned to a detective so I am hoping for a little extra help.

The car looks pretty much stock, but has a Black Megan exhaust with a carbon fiber exhaust protector on the rear bumper.

After market HKS intake so the suction sounds pretty loud while accelerating.
Stock Blow off valve.
All badges on the trunk (EXCEPT the mistu emblem) were removed.

I assume it would still have a broken right rear window, due to forced entry.

The perps used my CC to fill up several cars with gas also.

Anyone in Miami-Dade / /Broward please be on the look out.
Any info & assistance would be greatly appreciated

Correct but because no detective has been assigned to the case, I bet its sitting on someone's desk.

More info. I think it was an inside job with someone in my community. No proff though. :-(

 

Two officers so far were leaning towards they stole to take it "joyriding". If it was a common car like a civic or something it would def. been taken for parts.

I mean it can still send up parted out, but I also think it was for a joy ride.

Unfortunately no, and this is the last straw for me too. In in the last 3 - 4 years the community has turned into a real Ghetto: houses getting robed, cars broken into, people shot. But I only now found out all this.

I shouldnt have watied to install an alarm. Hindsight :-\

 

Sorry to hear... My boys evo got stolen from miramar back on the 1st.
His hasn't turned up yet. Hopefully they find yours in one piece.

Well you can't honestly want it back right? Or at least I wouldn't want mine back if they did God knows what to it.

 

Dam that sucks. But it makes me wonder if it might be the same crew involved.
Do you know if the INS paid out for the car yet?

 

I'm in 2 minds as to which I would rather, but I do miss the car alot.
I guess I just want a resolution, so I can move on.
I've already started window shopping for a replacement online. Evos are really hard to find tho.
