Exclamation STOLEN Evo IX MR, South Florida

Hey guys, my evo was stolen around 3 am (at 3:46am my sunpass or tolltag reported activity in the Golden Glades Plaza in North Miami) I live west of Fort Lauderdale.

Please be on the lookout Miami people. Already reported it to the police. It's gotta be at some miami shop as I type.

Damn car thieves are the worst! Get a real job! Sorry to hear that man I gotta get Lojack soon so if this ever happens to me I can have a chance at getting her back.

Note: Any details on how she was stolen? Towed, broken into etc? And did it have some sort of a anti theft device?

Beautiful car, sorry for your loss.

Seems with these theft posts it's time for theft countermeasures.

I had a great alarm (even had vicinity sensor) which stopped working last week, I was about to take it to get fixed and this happens. They broke the glass and rolled it out. It was parked in front of my place (a townhouse).

Thanks Capone

I hate thieves. This is why my evos stay locked in my garage. If they can break into the garage and get the garage door open without waking me then I guess they deserve the cars.

That car looks incredibly clean for a car that sits outside!!

Most car thieves take it for a joy ride. Your car is probably sitting outside someone's house right now. I hope the cops get it back and they lock this POS up for life! Question is how did this POS know to come looking where you live? Wonder if it was one of your neighbors? If you get her back invest in the Club or a brake/clutch lock. I know some will laugh but those things will make a car thief think twice.

wow sorry to hear that man...This is like the 5th evo I hear of getting stolen in Miami. What really bothers me is the fact that we work so hard to have are cars nice and clean for someone else to just hate and take all your hard work away.

Damn sorry to hear and I hope everything works out but thats one clean IX you got there, they maybe had their eyes on it and a client requested one and now you ended up been the victim but given that they took great lengths to come in your complex and broke your car glass for the car those guys didn't plan on just taking it for a joy ride.Chop shop are notorious in Miami sorry for the loss.

I dunno, somebody must have spotted it. This a well known safe area.
