Yup, it sucks, I will hopefully find out soon. Until then she is safe and sound with a handful of changes to make it very difficult to steal. Up next is a detachable steering wheel, alarm and some other tricks to keep her safe.

After I so all this my only concern is people continuously breaking windows to try and take her.

That sucks.....so many evo's get stolen in miami.

 

Just found out that BSO found a chop shop full of Evos out in Plantation, FL.

They are emailing me a list of people who have been arrested in connection with this an some other information to review to see if it is anyone that I know personally or know of.

If you know someone who has gotten their Evo stolen, or had an attempted theft get in touch with me as they may be connected and I can provide you with more information.

 

Does that mean someone in the case rolled over? I've never understood people that do that... I mean, you know the risk when you decide to be a crappy person and commit crimes. Why tell on your partners when you get caught?

 

Any links?? It appears that there must be several people stealing these then not just 1 if the last chop shop owner is still locked up and they are going missing still..

That's last weeks news. Supposedly another shop has been found in plantation. Like to know who the culprit is on this one too.

 

No info yet Mike, I'm still waiting for the detective to send me the email. If I don't get it Monday I'm going to call him again to have him send it and I will email it over to you.

Lol, my friends mom is actually recently retired BSO and when they started that series they asked her to be on the show because she is "take no BS" female cop.

For one reason or another she decided not to do it... I think because she was so close to retirement god forbid something happen to jeopardize it.

The car is totally safe now thanks, but I would still like to get her indoors which is my next goal. I have some measures I have taken for antitheft as well since this happened.
