There is a lack of paticipation going on in this state. I see other states like FL and GA getting together all the time. Is no one checking in here? we need to get our stuff together and start representing. there are a few of us who are trying but i would like some input on how to make this better for us NC owners. Raleigh guys have so sort of function but the rest of us are just around. Please get at me so if i can help in any way to get us together! You guys rock and we should be doing something. I am hoping to meet more of you at our next showing. I know I am planning on driving the 2hrs to go to the Spring Slamboree. and i am a little ol girl with a stock car. you guys gonna let a female kick your tails?

 

i'm trying to get off work that saturday. i want to go......i just always get shafted by work i agree we have a lack of participation though

 

hmm...if everyone who is interested and will meet up then we can get a list of everyone and their availability...and plan a head so people can get off of work..any suggestion is welcome

 

i know exactly how you feel, all the other states in the SE have a lot more participation.

en1gma's always working...don't blame him tho, has to keep the evo, but i know i can't make it to the spring slamboree cause 2 ppl in my depart are going to nyc tommorrow but next weekend i am going to charlotte for our little get together. i took the weekend off last week so i am good to go, i know fiesty can make it but nc mbrs never check the site here so they never get the scoop!

but i will be there 9-11th weekend! you'll have to show me some of the clubs there, i don't know charlotte worth a damn, i know tim said he was going for that one but i want an alcohol filled weekend

 

Yah, I wish I was could roll with ya'll in Charlotte and meet up with my Honda bois there. And can't leave out blake with the 22's on the 4runner. But I can't, it's easter weekend and it's tradition to eat with family plus we're celebratin my mom bday that weekend cause her bday the 13. my mom is a youngin. she only 40 and i 21....hahah. we party and we're cool like that.
BUT I WILL BE AT THE SHOW THIS SATURDAY IF ITS NOT RAINED OUT

hmm, I might come up there saturday for the show. I live in Hillsborough so it's only like a 20 minute drive.

 

As of right now it is supposed to rain in the area on fri.Sat and sun are both supposed to be partly cloudy in the mid 60's so the weather should be ok. I do realize that we do have easter coming up. If everyone wants to give me a way to get in touch with everyone so we can compose a meet for later on that would be great.
Next month I know Metallica will be play here on Fri April 23 if everyone wants to go to a concert on Friday then cruze on Sat. That would be a good weekend. PM with any ideas

 

got football practice april 23 for semi pro team in raleigh/durham so i am unavailable that weekend.

it's weird, seems like it's just you and me hitting these posts lately. haha, we're the only male-female nc people who represnet on the forums..that's funny!!!

 

whoops...practice is saturday april 24. all day long of getting beaten by bigger people. but it's cool....nothing like catching a ball and runnin past all the defenders and they're like "DAMN!! That white boy got some skills!!!" haha

 

Hey don't count all of us out yet. There's others who have posted about a meet over Easter weekend. I'm down for whatever but I won't be around on the 23/24. My Evo's has to make an appearance in Chi-town.
