I'm still down. About to buy lowering springs for the lancer and sit it nice and REinstall the front strut bar. Just need to buy some rubber bushings. WHO ELSE IS DOWN FOR THIS??

 

So everyone on the forum complains about not having anything to do in the area. Well tim, demon, myself, and a few others try to get events planned out and other meets. Well....c'mon guys. Here's an event that's been posted well in advance.....let's get some representation going on here. Demon...pm the info on what mile markers and the exact name of the road...and the projected path to get there and back. See if we can make some phone calls to local restraunts (like hooters or wherever) to get food discounts. (sometimes with large groups they cut a percentage off the check) Plan this out real nice. SO PEOPLE>>>>>CLC OR NOT.......IF YOURE INTERESTED POST UP!!!!

I figure we could head out on Friday Oct. 29th in the afternoon check in at whatever hotel we pick out, and get to know one another and get a game plan for the next day. Let me know what is decided on a hotel or do I need to make group plans for a hotel.
I don't know where I-40 was damaged during the hurricane but I was thinking about taking an alternate route, via. I-85 to the 74 then to 64 into Franklin, NC where we will be staying. There are plenty of pretty cool roads to go on along the way to Deals Gap. Does this plan sound OK or not? Post up and notify on plans for this weekend I will definitely be going and anyone who wants to go is more than welcome so let me know. Any questions pm me.
