from what little law class has taught me from last semester..or what i remember
the contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller ends when the contract ends which is when the goods is delivered in exchange of some sort of payment. unless there is a stated warranty of the product, the seller is not would not b liable.

CT has nothing to do with you getting a ticket. They are a retailer, retailers exist to take your money. They don't care if the product they sell is illegal or not they want your money. The fact that you put it on your car lies entirely on you. Usually and mod that is sold (Lighting dress up, etc) comes with a warning "to be operated with vehicle is not in motion" or some form of that.

I've been pulled over for License plate before, by OPP no doubt, but he didn't say anything about the tinted plate cover. I only have the front tinted, and surprisingly that was the plate he pulled me over for because "he didn't see it". After he saw it he was more concerned with it being under the headlight, thought I had an aftermarket bumper. Its really the luck of the draw. Your back plate is tinted if I recall and naturally thats the first one they see. If their lights don't reflect back at them while driving behind because of the tinted cover then yes there is a problem.
Like I said go file a court date and prove to them that
1) you have removed it
and
2) you have the other side of the slip.
Case closed!

I just went to a tanning salon and tried using this dark oil...omg my skin hurts haha.

like tonight, Richard said he witnessed them (them being jack, kate, hugo etc) all die. if they died, does that mean the bomb killed them all? if so how did they manage to get on Oceanic and crash on the island??
Also, how is it that Ben, Sun and Locke ended up in a different time (in history) when they were on the same plane as Jack, Kate, Hugo etc??
Here is what really messes with my head. Tonights episode showed Jack n co going to detonate the bomb to wipe the island, and effectively change the course of their "future". Assuming they are successful, and Faraday was correct, the Oceanic Flight 815 will land safely. If they land safely, does that mean Jack, Kate, Sun (the Oceanic 6 that got off the island last season) never actually returned to the "real world"? They interacted with "real people" when for the brief period they were not on the island, will all that be reset too??
seriously, lost is wayyyy too complicated for a tv show.

lol all i can answer is the first question...and the reason why they manged to get on oceanic and crash on the island is because even though they are in the past it is their "present" as what farday mentioned on last week's episode
for your other questions, you are right they are new questions to be answered but i am happy they are answering past ones...atleast with Lost, next year will be the last season so these writers know the ending already...i trust them to answer all the questions that are being asked around.

next week is 2 hr finale! its nice, but it also sucks that we'll have to wait another long hiatus for the next (and final, right?) season. Do you know when its going to come out? I heard 2010... that is wayyyy too long!
