Question Ic: 400 whp evo x fs?

Private Sale!

Just an interest check. I'm thinking about selling my personal car. I've had it for about 4 months now and have built up the engine from the ground up. Currently it's up to 400 whp; but easily capable to 500 whp with a few more mods and tune tweaks.

I've invested a great deal of time and money into building it with only the best parts available; however I'm looking for a new project/challenge. I love the car, but I want to see the interest in the car.

As per request; price: $60,000

Price is TBD; it's an interest check, the car is still new; less than 5000 kms on the body and less than 2000 kms on the engine. Tons of modifications, engine, exterior and interior. So a price is difficult to determine and would be subject to negotiation.

A listed price will get you more intrest. If a price is difficult for you to determine then its almost impossible for a potential buy to do the same to see if hes getting a good deal.

Maybe list the mods on the car so someone can see and get a feel for the price.

Are you intrested in parting out?
Why is the engine @ 2000 Kms and the body @ 5000 kms? Rebuilt?

Not trying to bash / hinder your sale, i just saw this thread and wanted to point out anything that might sell the car faster or get more interest. (What i saw from a potential buyers view)

Ive seen this car in person and it has always been cared for. Nice car.

what greedy son said is very valid

without a price, many potential customers would be hesitant to even throw an offer, trust me on this i know, i switch cars faster than hoes switch clothes! (many can attest to this)

i am sure you already have "bottom-line" price in mind. you should consider adjusting this bottom-line price slightly for room for negotiation, that way at least potential buyers will have a faint idea as to the amount of $$ you are looking for.

just a suggestion of course

not in anyway ****ting on your sale of the car,

but damn. 60grand for an evo?! im not sure if potential evo buyers would fork out 60+g's for an evo (factor in 8% tax closing in on 65) despite its heavy mod list. just out of interest the other day i went into mitsubishi and a evo MR could be had for low 40s (cash purchase), and a GSR was only mid to high 30's, it is in my view that you are better off parting out.

how much is an M3 again? :P
