Ic: 400 whp evo x fs?
When selling a built car, you have to be patient because your audience is smaller than say when trying to sell a stock car.
If time is of the essence, return her to stock, retune, sell the car and part out the go fast goodies.

I'm in no rush to sell; more of a feeler; more than 10K have been spent in parts alone; not including labour costs. Too much labour was put in to go back to stock. A stock GSR out the door is about 50K.
I've owned other highly modified cars that I sold including an N1 GTR, Nismo GTR32, AE86 GTV and FD3S (my favourite).

the question of the day is...
why would you buy an evo , spend all the money on it - to autocross it, something
an evo or sti etc is NOT really that great at.
choose a better car for the intended us perhaps???

^ Not sure what you're getting at... we built it because we like Mitsu's & I own a shop... We have modded tons of Nissans and 4G's in the past. We have an EVO 1 as well, so building an EVO X was the next challenge.
We have the EVO 1 and EVO X entered into the attacktime series. It is comprised of 4 very different events, gymkhana, time attack, touge and drag. It was simply a fun event to test/tune the car. There are many Subbies entered into the event.
Everything has been rock solid with the car, the main thing has been fine tuning the car, to which we are working with Magnus. Events like this is excellent for R&D. Next step is a new intercooler, as the stock setup does not have enough CFM and working with the throttle map.
