RPW Racing Headers

Don't know of anyone with these yet, but they offer both a 4-1 And 4-2-1 Header design. They are from Australia, and the cost is around $470USD shipped in the US.

I havent been to public about this, but for any header that contains a flex pipe it is very important that people install stiffer motor mounts or install a dampening kit.

The reason for this is because of the large range of bucking our motor does and that translates into more tq stress on the parts down the exhaust line. Eliminating the flex pipe from a header design will just translate into more stress spread down the exhaust line further.

If you live in a place where temps are lower, this will further weaken the piping.

This is not to discurage anyone, but there are additional steps that need to be done before you jump into a header.

Maybe we should take a hard look at their flex-pipe then The best thing to do in this case is take a look at the guys on the CJLaner forums, they are over in Australia and probably have these in their cars.
