If you plan to claim for anything, make sure none of your posts suggest otherwise. If they do, go back and modify it, you never know when some sleazy insurance agent might read the posts/see the pics and rat you out.

Otherwise, glad to know you walked away. Were the knee air bags comfortable? I always had a fear of busting up my knees in an accident on the steering column or something.

thats true, but since your not at fault your own insurance company will likely not care. And your insurance company acts as a proxy to the at fault insurance company. Believe it or not, your insurance company is more of a friend in these situations than the usual mafia shaking you down for monthly payments

i'd say go and do it..that drunkie would learn his lesson once his insurance company slaps him with ridiculous premiums..technically your insurance would pay for everything you claim but would reimburse it from the other guy's insurance afterwards.

if u can file for your gf too, do it!

^Agreed! Drunk drivers are the worst, and in many cases they are repeat offenders. So they need to be hit hard to realize they can cause more serious accidents, where people can be seriously injured or even killed.

ya I wish they would have as severe penalties for drunken drivers as they do for street racers. Crush the car/ or other, take license away and charge them $10,000 on top of all the other lawyer fees and crap.

the thing that bugs me is majority of the drunk drivers get off in court. They hire a dui attorney and bam after a year or so of court dates they get off and if there is a penalty its so minor its crazy..

Guy I used to work with was busted on a dui.. had it tied up in the courts for a year before a final senstence was given and even then his attorney got him off..

Dangerous driving and drunk driving reallly make my blood boil.. no excuse period

I'll be a cop soon enough, cant wait to face these tools
