Sprintbooster Restocked :)
Additionally if the CVT control unit (whether it resides in the ECU or elsewhere) has adaptive logic it will tune the throttle response to a more "sporty" driver (i.e. it will disable some of the fuel efficient logic built in for reduced gas consumption by providing a slower acceleration). However, as control unit programming is proprietary there's no way to know for sure except extended empirical testing.
You are right about the M/T being more responsive in the low end versus top end. Flooring it makes virtually no difference vs the first third of the pedal. It's mainly about where you are in the gears power band. Unless you launch in first and maintain the second cam timing (stay beyond 4k between shifts) you're going to have very slow acceleration (unless you rev-match downshift to get into the higher RPM range).
But as the CVT is purely electronic and computer controlled its a mystery as to how it functions and interprets pedal movements for a driver's desired behaviour since its obviously not a consistent behaviour.

I can not drive my car without a sprintbooster, rather blow my brains out. Its that critical.
I am glad you like in Vincent
