Im debating about selling my BB Bold 9700 for the Torch....but is it really going to be worth it for a damn touch screen? REALLY?

For some reason i dont see that happening. they cant even get rid of jailbreak. even their new iphone 4 was jailbreak 3 days after it was released. the iOS 4 was jailbreak before it was even released. Court even ruled out that jailbreaking your iphone is not a illegal. Tho dont try bringing your jailbroken iphone to apple store.
If for some reason they did get rid of jailbreak. i can bet that the iphone sales will go down like crazy. 90% of the new features of the iOS 4 got the idea from the utilities/app found in cydia.

in fact, for the iOS4, you don't need to DL anything to jailbreak the iPhone 4 - just go to this one website, slide the slider and it jailbreaks for u WIRELESSLY!...
...haven't done it yet tho - dun wanna risk my new phone..lmao
