the antifliker module will only eliminate the flicker, position 0 will still be on. the DRL bypass will make position 0 off.

OK so I installed the module, I have to say installation was an absolute ***** and took me a lot longer than I planned on lol, not because of the device/xenondepot product but because I'm a noob and because there's not a lot of room to work with on the Lancer, at the end it's all set-up with the anti-flicker module and no problems.

From my understanding the reason HIDs flicker is because the flicker itself is an error signal alerting you that there is an issue with the lights. What the anti-flicker does is that it eliminates the error code and therefore the lights won't flicker; the drl bypass from jRox fully bypasses the DRL. And as said above, with anti-flicker module and handbrake down the low beams turn on, with the drl bypass they will not until you get to position 2 (position 1 is only parking lights).

In conclusion, the anti-flicker module is an error code eliminator.

yes, that's what the anti-flicker does..I have the same relay - but for some reason it didn't work with my ballast..the guy that sold me the relay had to give me a pair of ballasts with canbus fix - which worked fine for me..

but I'd rather have my lights off in 0 position - but then again i'd rather have it on than flickering..

and i still have to adjust my driver side headlight coz it's a bit high - which i keep forgetting to do..fail..
