How do we go about acting now when there are no shops that are currently in sync with pricing etc. This is taking quite some time, I know you're probably busy with a lot of stuff but I don't think I want to wear down my winters any longer. If the pricing isn't up soon enough I'm probably going to be forced to pick up a set at discount tire sometime in the coming weeks. Please update if there is any information or realistic timing of availability.

Thanks,
ckbilly

ckbilly, If you can not wait and tire wear is a serious enough issue for you I highly recommend grabbing tires. I would never want anyone to hold off if they have that kind of concern. Things have shift around a little with the Sailun offer. The pricing on Conti's will be higher than previous years. Here is the second issue. The supply of Conti DWS tires are spotty. The only tire I know we can get is the conti DW and its on the pricey side. I will probably post pricing by tomorrow for the Conti's and I will be throwing some Sumitomo tires into the mix.

* Sailun Pricing is posted and is active. The 255 / 35 / 18 tire is the only tire that we have to wait for as it arrives via container. The Lancer 225 / 40 /18 All season and the EVO X 245 /40 18 are already here and are already being sold here at JRP. Pricing is posted below

255 / 35 / 18 All Season & Summer= $ 124.18 (EVO X OE +)
245 / 40 / 18 All Season = $ 116.69 (EVO X OE)
225 / 40 / 18 All Season = $ 97.34 (Ralliart Lancer OE +)

You can come in and pay for the tires or you can pay via paypal and pick them up. If your interested in a set call me before you venture down since I am the only person who is well aware of the program.

Are the Sailun prices for trade-up, or can I buy them at that price, and save them until later in the season when my tires are more worn?

LONG ANSWER

Keep in mind guys, this is me moving faster than Sailun the ink on the deal isnt really even dry yet. Since JRP does not do used tires. We will not accept them. So to answer your question directly. The price you are getting is the price of the tire straight up without a trade in. You come in you buy the tire and away you go. The pricing is already super awesome. That said, the trade in program is something that is beyond my control. So assume that there is no trade in program available!

I am only able to control the tire side of the program.

Call in, order your tires, and get them before they are gone. the end date for this will likely be sometime in May. We have sold 2 sets since friday

SHORT ANSWER

Price posted above are the price of the tires excluding taxes and fees

how much (generally speaking) would it be to mount these sailun tires on our 18" wheels? Does the TPMS make it more expensive, or is that only if you're going aftermarket wheels?

^Typically you're looking at $80 to take your current rims off the tires you have, then mount them into the sailun tires and have them balanced and aligned along with TPMS

you only need a second set of TPMS if you have 2 sets of rims.
