And the warning when you go too small:

Going smaller is one thing, but going larger, even at 3%. I think is hardly a risk. When you look at all the people who neglect and not service their tires with air. I wouldnt worry so much. Not to mention those who play with their air pressure levels purposely to gain whatever advantage they think exists.

correct and stand corrected based your nice chart. But my main point should be that everyone knows what they are getting into if they are getting these tires. They are within the limits of a compatible upsize and is the only tire that is viable for the summer tire.

This risks the car is negligible. And if someone gets that ticket for the speedo being 2.7 km per hour faster, lol well shouldnt be driving 12 km per hour over the limit lol

Did sailun tire testing yesterday with crester aka Sean as well. Anyways spent 6 hours at Cayuga road course doing slalom, 0-80-0 braking. , rain driving, and closed course full out track.

Tires tested were sailun atrezzo z4+as vs bridgestone potenza and continental dws.

Sailun surprisingly dominated every area. I wasn't really interested i'n performance as I'm looking for a daily driver tire. But the g37x"s we used really showed how capable the tires could be. They are by no means a track tire, intact if you've no experience on track don't take any of these tires to it you'll have nice run offs into the grass like every other car but mine and cresters!!!

Anyways for the price point these tires come i'n at versus the others they are defitely top of my list for purchase. Very smooth, predictable, wear pretty evenly for the abuse we gave them yesterday too

I'll get crester to post a thread with some pictures and I have some gopro incar footage of me and crester and portions of the track.

Depends on what the use is. If you want a serious track tire or something that will carve the road up well in summer than you will see most guys go down the road of High end Toyo's, Hankook, or Dunlops. But if your looking for something that does the job well and wont leave you in a bind. I would recommend going with the Sailun Summer tires 255 35 18 or the vetted Sailun 245 40 18 tire which has stood up to critical review testing by myself and a few EVO X guys on here on a road course setting. Its no super tire. But it works.

and for around 130 per tire. your laughing.

Sailun unfortunately only has one summer compound tire that is compatible for the EVO X 255 /35 18 . The 245 40 18 is unavailable. Alternatively you can use their high performance all season tire which does the job very well and it is available in the OE size.

The % difference between the two tires is within the 3% ratio limit. So it is safe.
