108K Service
The GM has changed at Erin Mills from December to now.
If service there has improved, that's a very good thing, and a benefit of our community.
I'm not going to make any more comments on this matter other than to say I have a list of documented issues that had to be resolved at other shops. These issues were directly attributed to negligence by the service staff at Erin Mills.
As well, sales rep (Tony) was less than honest when it came to the purchase of my vehicle.

Sry crester...didn't see your post here. She was there on the saturday that I went, I am gonna go there again this saturday with my gf instead. I'll ninja some pics LOL
ONTOPIC: I worked for Both Mid-Toronto and Erin Mills Mitsu...
I have never seen such indecent acts in my life. I understand selling cars is a trust issue between buyer and seller but...
Well one issue I had at Erin Mills...I had a Full Pop on an Evo GSR...Felt bad...So I said to the customer hey, How about I throw in tints for you and some all weather mats and your first 2 oil changes for free? The customer...Who I cant name said you know thats amazing! Sure I`d like that stuff..
went back to the Sales Manager and he chewed me out for a good 5-10 mins about giving free stuff away. Like COME ON! I got a full list deal but the better of me felt bad...I Quit shortly after that and they begged me to come back but I told them off quite well and even had to take Erin Mills to Court for other reasons!
At Mid Toronto...The Sales Manager there Fired me because I told him I had some disturbing news and my grandfather back home was very ill and possibly dying...He said thats okay take some time off. When I handed in my demo key and was leaving he said, you might as well take all your stuff and we`ll talk about hiring you back when you return! What an *******!
as drew said, ask for prices upfront (though threatening for discounts isnt a good idea lol because service will tell you where the door is) Make sure you know what your paying for and if you must...ASK to see the physical problem, They will take you in the back and show you what the part that needs to be fixed is. You`ll feel more relief once you believe for yourself.
Thanks for the inside scoop on working at both Erin Mils and Mid-Toronto. Seems like their rotten conduct is not confined just to the customer.
In contrast, I'd like to give a plug to the following shop, which has done consistently excellent work on my RA.
Max Motorsport (Dixie & Dundas in Mississauga)

What type of work have they done on ur RA?
They are very close to my office as well. I found a positive review for the shop on another Japanese car forum, and found them to be familiar with the RA and Evo.
So far I have used them for tires, fluid changes, additives, K&N drop-in filter, tranny filter, and brake pads (street & track). They do a lot more, but that's all I have needed so far in the 5 odd months I've had my RA.
