Well the fuel pump is in and runs like crazy like it did while I was there. I feel much better now to know that my car wasnt falling apart but merely thirsty for fuel. There is a little room for tweaking so we'll see what we can do.

CLearwater Police are ****** . They will even give you a ticket for whistling at a girl on the clearwater strip.
