WOW you come here with no credibility of what you know and come talking **** to Mark. You seem like a clown, when you learn how to write a proper sentence come back and say something worth saying. Until then STFU .

To give credit to Mark,

I was reading on Vishnu site that some evo w/ smilar mod as mine w/ cat + addition of 10.5 hotside dynoed 310whp! He was wondering the same with such low number relative to his peers.

This was on TT's same Dynojet.

Someone also sighted that certain resonators will defeat -5whp or so too which I intentionally installed.

I'll try diff combos and maybe delete the resonator for next follow-up tune...

thanks all!!!

Why did you change the intake back to stock? That's probably going to cost you some significant power since you were tuned for the aftermarket intake. Were you having stalling problems?

my intake did'nt give me much, just a lot of noise. A fellow NOVA evo owner there put down more @325whp with stock box!

I'm going back this Saturday to TT and will have to address few tweaks...

Yes, do that I gget dynoed even when I don't, just like a checkup, I am gona go back after my runs at E-Town if I don't like what I see. I want atleast a 113-114 Trap and a Low 12. If I get that then maybe I'll let it be.

He made 325 with the stock intake. What did he make without it?

IDK, I am sure you can make more with proper tuning. It's just that the MAF is a VERY sensitive unit and if you just slap on an Inatek it's gona hurt your car.

But having just 300 WHP WITH 272's is not so good but it should be fixed by tomorrow.

What do you figure the Random 3" cat costs in whp on an Evo that would otherwise put down 330-340 whp? (typical stock turbo Evo with all bolts ons + cams)

I dunno what he made w/o stock intake. He never had aftermarket open intake.

But what I do know that is that he had bad experience w/ Dynoflash and TT set him straight w/ 325whp w/ stock box, 3" Catco hiflo cat from AMS, 272/272, stock bov, mbc, cam gears, AMS turbo back...

I'll have similar setup w/ addition of newly purchased cam gear. Lumpiness of my 272/272 is getting to me, considering that my RS sounds twice as loud as GSRs.

I also think that my aftermarket 3" resonator maybe too restrictive. It had inner fins about 1/2" in size and many of them protruding onto the exhaust path.

So complicated...

Get an after market BOV, the stock one leaks NOT because it is too weak but it has no real seal. Just get the MR BOV, works just as good as stock and doesn't leak

Interesting, the other evo w/ 325whp had stock BOV! And mine w/ HKS got 299whp!

Now, I got Forge recirc. It blows!

You can still make power with the STock BOV, but it does leak and can't really hold more then 19PSI.
