My TT 50trim arrived, pics inside!
I will, the car is at Kingpin getting everything installed, and Mike will be in town later this week to tune it. I'm expecting to pick up the car friday or sat, and will hopefully have some dyno sheets on sat.
Should be done at the end of the week they said. I stoped by to check it out and the welds for the header and midpipe are AWESOME. TOP notch. The tuner should be in today and get it done as soon as he can get to it. Can't wait to see what power gains are reached and how it runs.
I'm getting pretty anxious waiting, I really miss my car. What I'm wondering is how long my stock clutch will hold out and how soon I'll be without my baby again. AWjunkies did you happen to see the beatrush underpanel when you were there? I haven't bee up there for a while and I was wondering how it turned out.
I'm hoping they'll get their dyno installed before my car is done so I can have some numbers to post up here. If not I'll just take it to Alamo.

I was there again today and saw your pipe come in. I guess you where missing an intercooler pipe? They didn't have underpanel on because of that pipe still missing. Should come together real nice. Waiting to hear it start.
Well the car isn't ready yet, but its getting real close. So far the problems we've had so far is the new style buschur intake and intercooler weren't compatible with this kit so they had to custom make both those parts. The problem with the intercooler is the inlet is on the back side, if it were set-up like the stock intercooler and came out the end it would have been ok. With my intake, the newest version from Buschur only has one bend in it, this made it hit my radiator hose. If it had two bends it would have fit fine. They also installed my wideband O2 and EGT probe, I was very pleased with the welds they look great.
I was just up there yesterday and everything looked good, all the car is lacking is my intake now and getting tuned. They expressed concern about tuning it on the street because of the power so either I'll wait untill their dyno comes in, or we'll rent some time on one that's local. This is taking a little longer than I expected, but when I dropped the car off I told them to take their time and make it perfect. Adam has been great about keeping me updated, and working though these little problems. I have no doubt that when the car's finished it'll be a job well done.

hey John how much did it cost ya to get the custom LICP made? If its to much I may just go ahead and sell my Buschur deluxe and get a new intercooler. If you rather not say here shoot me a pm. Thanks. Will be getting a 50 Trim pretty soon!
I stoped by yesterday and talked to them about doing same setup on my EVO and they said to make those custom lower intercooler pipes (cut both and re-bead them both) is around $60. I also asked about the EGT bung welded in header and the wideband bung welded in exhuast. They said it cost $65 for both of those together. I think that is a pretty dam good price for the quality of the work. The licp are still polished and look sweet and bung welds are perfect. I am definently having them do my setup. Can't wait for the car to run. They did show me how the buschur V2 intake pipe with one bend will not work with this kit so anyone planning on doing this kit you need a two bend intake system. John you are getting a custom one done correct? I can't wait to see that. I may just get the same one cause I know it will work perfect without any fitment issues with any other intake. Well off to work peace.
