My TT 50trim arrived, pics inside!
*********UPDATE***********
Hey Guys this is Mitch Mckee, I do all of the tuning for Kingpin Performance.
Well we have gotten the evo all done with the street tune. No dyno yet, so I have gotten a VERY good street tune on it. The 50 trim hits full spool by about 4100 rpms and it pulls VERY hard all the way to about 30 psi, with a very conservative AFR. This car can still go up in power, I would rather try to extract all the rest of the power on a dyno, so I have better data aquistion of all parameters.
All of that being said, I really believe this has to be one of the fastest Evo 9 with a 50 trim in this country. I have tuned a lot of evos, as I used to do all of the tuning for a vendor on this board called vivid racing. I am very confident with just a little dyno time and a couple more adjustments this car will be one if not the fastest 9 on pump gas and stock ecu. We shall see. But for now, I am going to catch a plane back to Arizona. I hope that you have fun with this car John, it is a beast.
Also I really want to say that this Turbo Trix 50 trim really performs very well. I have tuned about every 50 trim on the market and this thing really shines on this car. Congrats guys on building a great turbo system.

It just came the other day and I can't wait to get it installed
. So far my car has a full buschur stage 4, meth injection, and TT 280 cams. For tuning I'll be using a Ecutek flash. I'm still on the stock clutch, but I'm sure this turbo will fix that shortly. Heres some camera phone pics of the turbo kit.

Good luck with it, great kit for sure
Well its a long story what happened, but I changed things up alot since I've posted here last. I decided to go all out with the car and went with an AMS 2.3 motor and swapped the 50trim out with a 35r. I'll still be using the manifold and everything else from the TT kit, just swapping out turbos. The power from the 50trim was great, although I never did have it on a dyno. It just never accomplished what I wanted to, which was beating my dad's C6 Z06. He's since modified the car, and I just didn't stand a chance without a bigger turbo. I'll have the car back in early jan., so hopefully this new setup will do the trick.
It should be a really good race, it's been years since I've beaten him, so I have my fingers crossed. His car is getting tuned today, and were expecting somewhere in the 560whp range on pump gas.
Hey, just curious, what kind of results did you have with your 35r? Did you ever get it tuned with race gas, and if so did you find you're injectors were enough? Those are two things I'm worried about, fuel and ignition. I'm going to upgrade to 1000cc injectors, but I have a feeling at 35psi I'll encounter some unforseen problems.
