My TT 50trim arrived, pics inside!

It just came the other day and I can't wait to get it installed . So far my car has a full buschur stage 4, meth injection, and TT 280 cams. For tuning I'll be using a Ecutek flash. I'm still on the stock clutch, but I'm sure this turbo will fix that shortly. Heres some camera phone pics of the turbo kit.

That looks very nice I cant wait to get an upgraded turbo.

So how much power did you gain with the 280's? I didnt know that anyone had installed a full set yet.

A friend of mine got the TT 280 cams prolly close to 1 1/2 months ago, made upwards of 380 on stock turbo with bolt ons and methanol

That's a good question, I'm not entirely sure because I added all the parts at the same time and then had it tuned. Right now I also have a buschur 20g-9 (5blade) on the car and with meth I made 373whp. I wasn't overly impressed with the power so thats why I bit the bullet and made the switch. I'm not quite sure what to think of that number because the same day other cars with cams and turboback were only making ~310whp so it's possible that the car is making decent power. I don't drag race so I guess I'll never know.

I don't normally do this but an opportunity to race a 996 turbo porsche came up recently and I won with no problem. I'm not sure what that tells me, but it makes me wonder if I should have been happy with the power the car is making. Either way it's a never ending process with me, an addiction of sorts. I'll probably grow tired of the 50trim in time, but hopefully not before I pay off my credit card first .

I'll be sure to post up some dyno sheets once everything is installed and tuned.

Originally they were using Innovative, since then they have switched to AGP turbo which evidently uses Turbonetics.

Well, you could say that . I work in the A/C business so I counting on a real hot summer to get it all paid off. When I say alot of blood and sweat went into getting it, I won't be lieing unfortunately.

AGP just got their own compressor covers cast. So our turbo's will now have the AGP logo on the cover.

I have 280s on a boner stock 9.8cm^2 16G and I made 298.2whp on a dynodynamics dyno. (Apprx 335whp dynojet)

The idle is LuMpY like crazy. (almost irritating) But the PowA is great!
