Well... David Charak was at least a little accomodating. He offered the deposit back.. then his sales manager Michael Greene (as in the color of my money) refused to give it back.

In fact, Michael Greene was EXTREMELY rude to me and resorted to name calling. I need to know who the owner of this dealership is. I intend to write that person a letter which will be copied to the BBB, FTC, Mitsubishi as well as used for my claim, which shall be filed against them. I think that they've sold the car, but I am not sure.

Anyone still want the deposit? Heh!
