I have been running HKS 280's on stock springs for 30k miles (60k on the engine). I'm contemplating stepping up my cam setup to Kelford 272's. I'm taking the head apart to get it checked (hg issue) anyways, so would it be worthwhile to upgrade to the 5039 (~$225) kit while the head is apart? I'm running stock IX turbo now @ high boost, upgrading to something like a red eventually...so a pretty mild setup. Stock bottom end, so no plans to rev this thing much at all.

You cannot go wrong with the 5039 kit on stock turbo and high boost.. With the red no doubt youll want to go to the beehives so a little upgrade beforehand wouldnt be a bad idea.., Its an easy install with the head off the car..

btw.. we have all the kits in stock..
