NEW Gram Lights 57 Ultimate DC Spec
NEW Gram Lights 57 Ultimate DC Spec
Hi Guys!
I just wanted to show you the latest variation of the Gram Lights 57 Ultimate, the DC Spec! The two new colors are called RBC Blue Clear and RBC Red Clear. Like the regular 57 Ultimate, this is a cast wheel using Rays proprietary "RCF" Rays Cast Flow-forming technology which is the most advanced casting technology available in the world.
Just to let you guys know, every single cast wheel we produce uses the exact same technology used to produce the cast race wheels that we supply to various race teams throughout the world. Most notably the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). Essentially, although the designs may differ, the metallurgy within the Rays cast wheels are all exactly the same!
Incase you guys didnt know, Rays Wheels doesnt just meet the JWL standard, we far exceed it. JWL (Japan Light Alloy Wheel) is the standard certification that all manufactures must meet when producing alloy wheels. Not only do all our wheels meet these standards, we added higher standards that our wheels must surpass before being manufactured and branded a Rays wheel. For example, the JWL Drum Endurance Test. To meet the JWL standard, an alloy wheel must withstand a minimum of 500,000 cycles under full radial load without cracking, deforming or having lug nuts/bolts loosen. For our cast wheels, we stepped up the bar to a minimum of 800,000 cycles and our forged wheels must last at least 1,000,000 cycles! Thats double the industry standard! You can always rest assured that you are getting the absolute highest quality product when you purchase a Rays wheel.
Anyways, here are some pics of the new 57 Ultimate DC Spec for you guys to check out...
