That is a beautiful shift knob! Judging by the material/finish although, that thing must get bloody HOT in the sun!! Any experience with that?

Its about time that someone came up with a REAL weighted knob. Ive been using an SBR knob thats about 5-6 years old because every one ive come across since was all of 300-400 grams - mines well over a pound.

They do get a bit warm in the summer, but nothing that you can't deal with. I use one year round in my car. Having said that, if you're concerned with the temperature of a Stainless Steel Shift Knob, you may want to check this one out

The M1 Abrams weighs in at 1.05lbs, and if you're looking for something heavier, our BIG Type R is 1.33lbs!
