It's only a matter of time.

Thanks again for all you have done for the CT9A and CZ4A platforms! I wish you all the best and keep on doing what you love, that's all that really matters!

PS - I'll be sure you look you up if I ever move on to a GT-R.

Don't count me out of the DSM/EVO market! I'm not done here, I don't ever plan to be but we do have to keep moving or we will just die off and I'm not ready for that!

Good read, awesome to see you moving into the GT-R market! They could really use some reasonably priced exhaust and intake components.

We've been busy! Had a chance now to tune a few GTR's and I'm seeing legit gains of 75 whp and 85 ft lbs through the entire mid range with smaller gains of around 20whp at redline FROM JUST TUNING ON STOCK GTR's! We've started our exhaust project as of today and will be moving towards putting a few stock turbo GTR's into the 9's, that's the goal anyway!

I saw Quinn's car running around here locally and wondered what his plans were. Good to see you guys are motivated and hopefully enjoying your work.

We've been busy! I've tuned a few more GT-R's lately and the power gains have been excellent as is the drivability. We've got Nick's 2014 GT-R here now and have started development work on it. The car put down 462whp/396 tq stock on 93 octane. With just a tune I was able to get 482 whp and 479 ft lbs. That only tells part of the story though. The mid range torque gains for about 2,000 rpm are in the 80+ft lb range and the HP gains are 60+ whp for 2500 rpm.

We built our low angle merge collector for the car and used a lightweight aluminum muffler in the system. The sound was only increased by about 5 decibels and that is using SAE measuring standards at the tips. The gains on the mid pipe, keep in mind that is the ONLY mod done to the car were also very good. Peak power rose 8 whp and peak torque 13 ft lbs, again, only tells a small portion of the story. The gains from 2500-4000 rpm are in the 40 ft lb range and HP gains are in the mid 20's in that same area.

We are working on our catback now and hope to have that completed today.

Spread the word for us.

Nice to see some familiar fast guys getting in on this platform. I cant wait to see what you guys do with it, and especially excited to see some BR RACE FMICs! Since my first BR intercooler on my GSX in like 98-99 I always thought they were some of the best intercoolers, I even modded your evo BFIC for my subaru LOL.

Good luck guys!

no surprise here of the lack of desire for high hp/drag evos. i don't think any of us buy the cars with any of that in mind, really. it sure was cool to see some nice times from them, though.

i'm so linking this thread for all the people that tell me their WRX is just as sturdy as my Evo LOL

anyway, congrats on the new platform! that's awesome. i was thinking... since there was an A/T made for drag Evos.. can you make a proper 6spd for the GTR? LOL. man.. how fun would that car be to drive with a M/T??

congrats again, fellas.
