It should produce the same power ! There is a regulator so it should keep voltage where it needs to be, and with this pulley at higher RPMs you won't be over spinning it.

can you clarify how it produces the same amount of power? is the oem alternator, even at idle, already providing enough power? even if you have, in my case, a headunit and amp? obviously i'm assuming at higher rpms there's no problem, just curious about at low engine speeds

It should provide the same. That regulator is what keeps it consistent, even at idle. Just as when at 7500rpms its keeping it consistent at much higher RPMs.
