A question..........

My friend, who I bought the HID kit for, installed it today on his 09 Accord Coupe and told me that he did not need the additional relayed wiring harness:

Actually, he told me that the male H11 plug on his car did not plug into the female plug on the relayed harness.

Basically, he was able to just install the kit minus the relayed wiring harness.


After installing it he came to my house and I looked at the relayed harness and the female plug on the relayed harness is clearly not a H11 sized plug.

Would it safe to run minus the relayed harness?

Can I return it for refund or exchange it?

i am very interested to get this for my evo x (non sss) but my question is.... are these plug and play or do you have to modify anything

 

i have them on my Ralliart they are plug and play and they are great, very easy to install. You will need some kind of relay for the DRL though. Unless you re route the DRL somewhere (fogs, parking light,etc) or disable them completely. I bought a relay from a member here and i should get it soon. From what i've heard, it does the job well.

Relays are not supposed to be installed if not needed, and the relay is also not supposedly plugged directly the the oem connector, the wire harness that comes with the kit should go between the relay and the oem connector.
Areyou trying to return the relay? relays are not returnable, only kits and bulbs and ballasts are returnable. Thanks~
