I just installed your H11 foglight kit on a 2008 Evo X and its flickering bad. I emailed support and they said i need a relay??? Can i get some correct info or new bulbs sent? I have checked all connections and FAQ but they still flicker. Please confirm if the relay will fix it or if I should get new bulbs....i do not want to remove my bumper again... Please advise.
Also, i disconnected the DRL and the flicker is still there....

The "buzzing" was referred to ballast...
