I have a 2010 Lancer and I'm looking at getting both the lows and fogs. There will be a total of 4 ballasts that need to be mounted correct? Also, I should order the lows and the fogs in 2 different orders?

 

yea, you will need one kit for low beam and one kit for high beam. Total 4 ballasts. if you like to convert your fog light into HID, you will need to purchase another kit.
