Are the TPMS sensors attached to the valve stem? My volks valve stems are different than any other wheels I've had. Is that an issue?

Tpms sensors of course

Hi I'm Jake. I have a 2013 evo X mr. I bought a set of secondary tpms sensors from someone a lil premature. Are the factory ones able to be rest as a clone? Or set to match my car. ? 9137310043 thank you

I haven't looked into it since 2012 or so, but back then you couldn't reprogram the TPMS sensors, you had to flash the ECU with the sensor codes. That's why these aftermarket ones are coveted, you can program them to whatever your existing codes are and use them as a spare set.
