Problems With Al (dynoflash Al)

I'm not sure if anyone saw the post where al was selling tein flex coilovers with the edfc. Well i bought them from him and everything was fine until I wanted to install the edfc. The motors for the rears were the wrong ones so i contact al to see if i could just return the edfc and get the money back. He was like just ship it back and i can sell it to someone else. Note i spent 400 to get the coils put on so i was not going to have them remove them for more $. The thing that bothers me is if i sent them back he would have suckered someone else into buying something that doesnt fit. All he could say is just resell them. I am not a$$holeish enough to resell something that isn't what is stated. I simply wanted my money back for the edfc of maybe the 2 wrong motors and i got nowhere. Just wanted to vent and warn you guys what type of a person you are dealing with. I know it isnt the biggest problem in the world but i feel its still bullshlt. I felt like he was pretty safe to buy from seen as he owns a company and all but hey i guess there are always some rotten tomatoes in the bunch. Thanks for your time and BEWARE when you do business with this man. WHEN YOU SELL SOMETHING MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT IT IS AND IS FOR THE RIGHT CAR!!!!

Thanks for your time
Corey

Its hard to please every one

In this case I sold the gentleman the used set of coil overs Tein Flex from by own race evo and

a brand new EDFC unit which I had originally purchased from Tein to use with the coil overs

For $1,100

I never intsalled the EDFC unit as I never found free time to do so

The EDFC sat in the original box in my garage

Recently, when I changed to the RS struts I decided to sell the entire FLEX set up with the EDFC for $1100

Apparently, when this gettleman recieved the set up the rear EDFC motor he says does not fit

OK so I say just send it back and I will give you back your money no questions asked

I am not a Tein dealer and do not sell Tein so I dio niot have any replacement motors. I offered to look into the matter and that is what I was doing as you caled me on a holdiay weekend or GIVE YOU BACK ALL YOUR MONEY

The call was yours to either send the stuff back for a full refund or keep the stuff for the $1100 you paid

I am sorry that Tein shipped the EDFC with the wrong motors but other than refunding your money I dont know what else I can do

BTW - if you sent the merchandise back I would NOT sell it to someone else as is.
I certainly would not try and sell the same set up to someone else as no doubt it would wind up with the same problem

While the EDFC motors you got may not fit those coil overs I am sure that they work on some Tein coil overs

I would break up the coil overs and sell them for $1100 and

then sell the EDFC for another $300

I do not know what kind of business you are use dto dealing with but if you are not satisfied with your purchase you send back the goods and get a refund - that is how I do business

I am sorry that you are not pleased but you did get a great deal

It would be easy BTW to get the motors swapped for the right set which I was looking into for you until I am reading this garbage post on my forums. I told you I was going to look into the matter and you should have given me a couple of days to do so - its hard to make inquiries on the 4th of July weekend.
