Wanted to vent about there terrible business...

Needed a new APR IX fiberglass lip within 1.5 weeks for HIN AZ.

Had called there customer service to verify that they had an item in stock and was told that it was by there representative. Sure enough I ordered it after being told it would ship that very same day or the next. The guy never even bothered to call me back w/a tracking number or confirmation that the sale went through as I had requested.

Fast forward to a week later: I call and ask for the tracking number on the order and the guy starts stuttering, confused...then proceeds to tell me that he'll check with APR and have it shipped out today; therefore making it unavailable for HIN as was originally needed.

That's the last time I do any business w/Invision Performance and I would advise any EvoM shopper to stay away as well.

 

I bought an exhaust from Invision Performance last month which didn't even fit. The mid-pipe did not reach the catalytic converter. I haven't contacted them yet because it's New Year's weekend. But I hope they give me a full refund after I send them back this faulty exhaust because it definitely is not for an evo.
