Does anyone have a phone number for TTP? I ordered their 60K mile service kit from them on the 15th and it was supposed to ship out the 17th, but all I have heard fom UPS is Billing Information Received. So I emailed them on Friday about getting a new set sent out since my car has been down since my tensioner broke on the 12th. So they said that they were checking with Mitsu about if they had the water pump in stock of if it needed to be ordered. Well I sent them another email today, and nothing. Thats a $300 kit and they have my money and its now been 2 weeks since I ordered it. I got the belt kit and 4 days from them, but nothing on this! So if anyone has their number so that I can contact them in person and not have to go though email would be great! I hate talking through emails, Im one that likes to talk to a person!

I will try that. I dont want to be annoying and have them get pissed at me, but when my car has been down for 2 weeks waiting for 1 set of parts, its gets frustrating! And Id like to be able to talk to him and be like, Ok, so where are my parts, when are they going to ship! I want to know exactly where they are and when Im going to get them! Thanks
It's also worth noting that TTP is in the process of moving into a new facility that is 5x as large as the old one, much like AMS just did, with a new parts/shipping department and everything to better serve you guys. Which is a pain in the butt and your not always able to answer the phone/emails. They started this just yesterday so be patient, they are trying to play catchup once they are back online in the next day or so.

Ok, didnt know this, they never mentioned that to me! It helps a little bit, but im still a little frustrated being that its been 2 weeks now without my car waiting for 1 package. But thanks though!
Its frustrating that I personally packed the original package and gave it to UPS yet they did not scan it or lost it in the process. We are out hundreds of $ on this one as std insurance only covers $100.
We contacted Mitsu for replacement genuine OEM parts and they came in today. Will pick them up in the AM and will ship this 2nd set tommorrow. We will work out the details of insurance with UPS behind the scenes.

THANKS ALOT FOR THIS TTP! I appreciate all of your guys help with getting this 2nd set shipped out to me! When I was talking to the woman I always deal with at UPS, she has been there forever, told me that with what was going on, it sounded like either there were 2 labels on the box, and the wrong one got scanned, or the Label came off completely! Thank You so much for getting the second set!

MAX EVO IX, I can not say that TTP Blows, they have served me great, the first package was at my house in Ohio in 3 days! This was not their fault, it was UPS! And it is not surprising at all, I worked at UPS for a while and their system blows compared to when I woked at Fedex! Fedex Organization is far superior! I blame UPS, NOT TTP! I was just trying to figure out where my new parts are!

I would like to remind this member that Vendor Bashing and Flaming are serious offenses on evom's POINT SYSTEM, punishable by immediate account ban and disabled account.

This thread did bring up a suggestion... PLEASE!!! change to FedEx for your shipping and dump UPS!
My .02 to help avoid in the future and have happier customers... they tend to deliver faster.
Edit-- Nice looking new place!! I may need to drive out there and get a timing belt done when you guys get moved in.
