How about get a phone number? It sucks when you can't reach a person by phone. A business should have a business phone. What gives? You can set up a answering system. I get my voicemails to my email and forwarded to my cell. There is no reason for a legitimate business to not be available by phone. Step up!
BTW I had to reach TTP by myspace pm's. Not really professional in my book.
